Job summary

Lignetics, Inc. is seeking a Forklift Operator to operate forklifts in our warehouse and production areas, maintain safety checks, and move products efficiently. The role supports shift leads and helps ensure accurate loading and documentation throughout the plant.

The position requires adherence to safety procedures, ability to lift 50 lbs, and prior forklift experience. This is a full-time on-site role in Oregon, with benefits and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior forklift and production line experience preferred.
• Able to pass company forklift training.
• Read and interpret scales.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 7 hours per day.
• Mechanical aptitude and basic math skills.
• Ability to concentrate for extended periods and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift in warehouse and production areas.
• Pre-shift checks: propane, fluids, and belts.
• Ensure loads have proper paperwork and are counted.
• Move and wrap completed products.
• Assist shift leads to start/stop pellet mills.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
