Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience operating heavy wheel loaders, track loaders, or heavy earthmoving equipment.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Experience with CAT equipment (CAT 930/963 preferred).
• Strong safety, communication, punctuality and work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Dual-Machine Operation: operate CAT 930 wheel loaders and CAT 963 track loaders.
• Material & stockpile management: load haul trucks, build stockpiles, move pipe/aggregates.
• Site preparation: assist with backfilling, debris clearing, smoothing haul roads.
• Daily inspections: pre-trip and post-trip checks, grease wear points, report maintenance needs.
• Crew safety & communication: coordinate with leads, drivers, and crews for seamless operations.
