Job summary

Turner Mining Group is seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator – Loader Specialist for work at our Hagerstown, MD sites. You will operate CAT 930 wheel loaders and CAT 963 track loaders to move materials, load haul trucks, and support earthwork operations.

Responsibilities include setting up stockpiles, assisting with site prep, performing daily inspections, and coordinating with site leads and utility crews to keep production flowing while maintaining safety standards on a busy civil

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience operating heavy wheel loaders or track loaders.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• CAT 930 and CAT 963 experience preferred.
• Strong work ethic and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Operate CAT 930 wheel loaders for material transport.
• Operate CAT 963 track loaders for rough terrain and grading.
• Load haul trucks and manage stockpiles.
• Assist with site preparation and road smoothing.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Coordinate with site leads and crews for safe operations.
