Job summary

Allan Myers is seeking a Front Loader Operator to support asphalt plant operations in Virginia. This non-exempt role requires operating a front-end loader and related equipment with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, and production goals.

You will assist with material handling, maintenance, and coordination of daily tasks on site. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of loader experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work day and night shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years operating a front-end loader or similar equipment.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) a plus.
• Related work experience required.
• Must be able to work day and night shift as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate a front-end loader and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently to support asphalt plant operations.
• Maintain stockpile inventories and load cold feed bins.
• Perform routine maintenance, inspection, and upkeep of equipment.
• Discuss daily work plans with the field manager and ensure safe, on-time completion.
• Prioritize safety, coordinate with other operators, and work as a team in tight spaces.
