This position operates heavy construction equipment to perform various tasks, ensuring safe operation, maintenance, and upkeep of the machinery.

Responsibilities:

• Perform equipment maintenance such as cleaning, greasing, and oiling.
• Operate equipment and control attachments like blades, buckets, and swing booms by adjusting levers and pedals.
• Discuss daily plans with the field manager, review blueprints if needed, and determine the safest, most efficient methods to complete tasks.
• Make judgments to optimize equipment operations.
• Follow company policies on equipment repair, safety standards, and safety policies like “Home Safe Tonight”.
