• Operate equipment by adjusting hand levers and pedals, controlling attachments like blades, buckets, and swing booms.
• Discuss daily work plans with the field manager, review blueprints if necessary, and determine the best methods to complete tasks safely, accurately, and on time.
• Make judgments on the most efficient operation of equipment and attachments.
• Comply with Allan Myers policies, including equipment repair/maintenance procedures and safety standards, emphasizing safety with policies like "Home Safe Tonight".
