Hadco Construction in Lehi, UT is hiring for an on-site Construction Laborer to support loading, grading, and earthwork duties at Talons Cove in Eagle Mountain. The role requires physical stamina, reliability, and the ability to work with a team and follow safety rules.

Overtime is available, benefits after 60 days, and company-provided training. Applicants must be 18+, eligible to work in the US, and pass a drug screen.

Formación

• Minimum of two years of experience.
• Must be able to show proof of age over 18, identity and right to work in the US
• Must be able to pass drug screen

Responsabilidades

• Loading trucks with Wheel Loader
• Rough Grade around house
• Grade next to house
• Rough Grade lots for staking
• Safety check of jobsite and equipment
• Prepare daily timecard with multiple tasks, machines and employees
• Direct laborers in assisting to complete job
• Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures
