Job summary

Lowe’s Cranston, RI is hiring a Customer Service Associate/Loader to deliver friendly service, keep aisles stocked, and maintain a clean, safe store environment. You will assist customers by loading merchandise into their vehicles and replenishing shelves as needed.

Flexible shifts with morning, afternoon and evening availability, physical ability to lift 25 pounds, and a focus on safety and customer satisfaction are required.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer to input, access, modify, or output information.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets.
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service and answer questions.
• Retrieve, load, and replenish merchandise.
• Help customers move merchandise safely and load into vehicles.
