Job summary

Lowe’s is hiring a Customer Service Associate/Loader to deliver quality customer service and keep the store clean, safe, and stocked with products customers need. You will help customers by loading merchandise into their vehicles and replenish shelves for the next shoppers.

Applicants should be able to lift up to 25 pounds, work morning, afternoon, and evening shifts, and may travel occasionally for meetings or trainings. This is an hourly role, full-time or part-time depending on store needs.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets.
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by loading merchandise into vehicles.
• Retrieve, load, and replenish merchandise and ensure shelves are stocked.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment and help staff move merchandise.
