Job summary

Lowe’s in the United States seeks a Customer Service Associate/Loader to deliver friendly, helpful service while keeping the store clean, safe, and stocked. You will load merchandise into vehicles, replenish shelves, and assist customers and staff with safe handling of products.

This role requires morning to evening availability and physical ability to lift weights. Occasional travel to meetings or trainings may occur.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets.
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by loading merchandise into vehicles.
• Reload and replenish shelves for the next customers.
• Ensure safety while loading and moving merchandise.
