Job summary

Lowe’s associates deliver quality customer service in a store that is clean, safe, and stocked with the products customers need. As a Customer Service Associate/Loader, you will be friendly and professional, engaging customers to answer questions while loading merchandise and replenishing shelves.

You will assist customers by loading items into vehicles and helping staff move products safely. The role may require lifting up to 25 pounds and standing or walking for long periods.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets.
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by loading merchandise into their vehicles and replenishing shelves.
• Provide friendly, professional help and engage customers to answer questions.
• Help staff move merchandise safely and maintain a clean, stocked store environment.
