Job summary

Lowe’s Companies, Inc. is hiring a Customer Service Associate/Loader to help customers, load merchandise into vehicles, and keep shelves stocked and the store clean and safe. You’ll be friendly, professional, and engage customers to answer questions while assisting staff and customers with merchandise movement.

Morning, afternoon, and evening availability is required, with shifts up to full-time or part-time hours. Occasional travel to meetings or neighboring stores may be necessary.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets.
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law.
• Physical ability to lift 25 pounds and perform tasks requiring standing or movement.

Responsibilities

• Being friendly, professional, and engaging customers to help answer questions.
• Retrieving, loading, and replenishing merchandise.
• Helping customers and staff move merchandise safely.
• Loading merchandise into customers' vehicles and replenishing shelves for the next customers.
