Job summary

Lowe’s is seeking a Customer Service Associate/Loader to provide quality service while keeping the store clean, safe, and stocked. You will greet customers, help answer questions, retrieve and replenish merchandise, and assist with loading merchandise into customers' vehicles.

This hourly role offers flexible, part-time and full-time schedules. Availability across mornings, afternoons, and evenings is required, and you may lift up to 25 pounds.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets.
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by loading merchandise into their vehicles.
• Retrieve, load, and replenish merchandise.
• Engage with customers to answer questions in a friendly and professional manner.
• Support safe handling and movement of merchandise for customers and staff; follow safety guidelines.
