Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets.
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service through Lowe’s policies, procedures, and programs.
• Assist customers with locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise while responding promptly to questions.
• Support checkout, fulfillment, and customer assistance needs throughout the store.
• Pull, stage, and prepare customer and contractor orders accurately and efficiently.
• Use power equipment and store technology safely to move, stage, and load merchandise.
• Maintain in-stock conditions by down stocking and replenishing merchandise as needed.
• Support large order fulfillment while maintaining product quality and accuracy.
• Collect carts and keep work areas clean, organized, and safe in store and parking lot.
• Identify and report safety hazards, theft, and security concerns to management/Asset Protection.
• Operate store equipment as needed depending on role and department (e.g., Zebra phone, copiers, CCTV, etc.).
• Communicate stock, stock features, warranties, and Lowe’s program information to customers and associates, providing guidance when needed.
• Follow Lowe’s safety policies and procedures including use of power equipment and spotters.
• Perform additional duties as assigned
• Loader responsibilities: support Pro customer relationships from arrival through order completion and loading, assist loading and fulfillment for Pro customers, stay available in Pro loading area, and ensure orders are loaded accurately and safely.
• Loader responsibilities: assist in Garden Center loading and ensure orders are staged and ready for pickup.
