Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets.
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law

Responsibilities

• Provides SMART customer service through the execution of Lowe’s customer service policies, procedures, and programs
• Assists customers with locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise while responding promptly to customers and associate questions
• Supports checkout, fulfillment, and customer assistance needs throughout the store
• Pulls, stages, and prepares customer and contractor orders accurately and efficiently
• Use power equipment and store technology safely and effectively to move, stage, and load merchandise
• Maintains in-stock conditions by down stocking and replenishing merchandise as needed
• Supports large order fulfillment while maintaining product quality and accuracy
• Collect carts and help maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas inside the store and parking lot
• Identifies and reports safety hazards, theft, and security concerns to management and/or Asset Protection
• Operates store equipment as needed depending on one specific role and department
• Communicates all stock, special order merchandise, product features, application, warranty, and Lowe’s program information to customers
• Follows all Lowe’s safety policies and procedures, including proper use of power equipment, spotters and safety devices
• Performs additional duties as assigned
• Loader role: Pro responsibility—support Pro customer relationships from arrival through order completion
• Proactively engage Pro customers while assisting with loading, staging, and order fulfillment
• Remains visible to support customers in the Pro loading area, including under the Pro canopy
• Responds quickly to loading requests and helps ensure efficient service for large/complex orders
• Builds relationships with repeat Pro customers and supports enrollment in MyLowe’s Pro Rewards and Pro Credit offerings
• Ensures Pro Standards are maintained in parking lot and under Pro canopy
• Complets required power equipment and spotter training for safe loading
• Loads customer vehicles using proper techniques based on order size, weight, and fulfillment needs
• Ensures orders are loaded accurately while maintaining product quality and safety standards
• Garden Center: loading support, staging, and order fulfillment
• Partners with Garden Center Supervisor to ensure orders are staged and ready for pickup
