Responsibilities include assisting customers, staging orders, and maintaining store safety while leveraging store technology and power equipment. Prior experience is beneficial, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer to input, access, modify, or output information.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets.
• Ability to obtain sales-related licensure or registration as may be required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and assist with locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise.
• Support checkout, fulfillment, and customer assistance needs throughout the store.
• Pull, stage, and prepare customer and contractor orders accurately and efficiently.
• Use power equipment and store technology safely to move, stage, and load merchandise.
• Maintain in-stock conditions by down stocking and replenishing merchandise as needed.
• Support large order fulfillment while maintaining product quality and accuracy.
• Collect carts and keep work areas clean, organized, and safe in-store and parking lot.
• Identify and report safety hazards, theft, and security concerns to management.
