Job summary

Lowe’s associates deliver quality customer service while maintaining a store that is clean, safe, and stocked with the products customers need. As a Customer Service Associate/Loader, you will engage customers, load merchandise, and keep shelves stocked.

The role emphasizes safety and the ability to lift and move merchandise, with travel to meetings or trainings as needed. Starting pay ranges hourly depending on role and location.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets.
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality customer service and engage customers to help answer questions.
• Retrieve, load, and replenish merchandise and assist customers and staff in moving products safely.
• Load merchandise into vehicles and replenish shelves for the next customers, with attention to safety.
