Job summary

Metals USA Flat Rolled Group, Inc. in Liberty, MO is seeking a 2nd shift Loader to join our manufacturing team. You will operate material handling equipment and help move and load customer orders with a focus on safety and accuracy.

The ideal candidate has experience with material handling equipment, reading and math skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. This full-time role offers competitive wages, benefits, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must have previous operation of material handling equipment.
• Overhead crane experience preferred.
• Must read and write legibly.
• Must interpret numbers and have good math skills.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to safely operate material handling equipment.
• Work accurately and in a safe manner.

Responsibilities

• Verify all material is properly identified and packaged.
• Make final inspection prior to the loading of customer material onto the truck.
• Ensure all necessary documentation is completed.
• Load trucks using necessary forklifts or other lifting equipment.
