Job summary

Team Industries, Inc. in Kaukauna, WI is seeking a Loader to prep pipe for paint, load/unload the furnace and vault, stencil and load pipe on wagons for shipping. You will work on the Loading team under the supervision of the Loading Foreman, following safety procedures.

This position emphasizes reliability, basic reading/comprehension, and teamwork. Shift is 2nd (12:30pm-10:30pm, Monday-Thursday, 10 hours); pay range is $17.00-$19.00 per hour.

Qualifications

General Purpose of the Job:

Prep pipe for paint, load and unload the furnace, load, and unload the vault, stencil and load pipe on wagons.

Summary of Major Responsibilities/Duties:

• Prep pipe for paint
• Load and unload furnace
• Load and unload the vault
• Stencil pipe
• Load pipe on wagons to shipping/delivery
• Conducts work safely and follows all safety procedures. Rejects work that is not safe and discusses the situation with supervisor.

Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

• No prior experience or training
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or dial form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
