Job summary

Team Industries, Inc. in Kaukauna, WI seeks a warehouse Receiving/FR forklift operator to verify shipments, unload materials, and manage inventory. You will read CMTRs, input data, and coordinate with vendors to resolve discrepancies.

This full-time role requires reliability, attention to detail, and teamwork in a dynamic shop environment. Benefits begin after 500 hours and include health, dental and vision. Candidates should be familiar with Excel, Word, Outlook and Infor CSI Software.

Qualifications

• Experience operating rough terrain forklifts in a warehouse environment.
• Proficiency with general computer programs (Excel/Word/Outlook) and keyboarding.
• Experience using Infor CSI software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive rough terrain forklift to unload and move materials.
• Compare counts and weights of incoming items against bills of lading and invoices.
• Unpack and inspect shipments; reject damaged items and coordinate with shipper on shortages.
• Route items to appropriate department or yard locations.
• Read CMTRs and enter data into the file system.
• Communicate with vendors to obtain missing paperwork.
• Input receipts into computer systems.
• Order shop supplies and maintain the consumable crib.
• Provide backup for Receiving supervisor during vacations or illness.

Job description:

• Verifies and keeps records on incoming shipments, unloads and lay down of materials, inventory management, support of all receiving functions.

Summary of Responsibilities/Duties:

• Drive rough terrain forklift to unload and move materials
• Compare identifying information and counts, weighs, or measure items from incoming shipments to verify information against bills of lading invoices, orders, or other records.
• Unpack and examine incoming shipments, rejecting damaged items, recording shortages and corresponds with shipper to rectify damages and shortages.
• Properly routes items to appropriate department or yard location.
• Read and understand certified metal technical records (CMTR’s) and input them into file system
• Communicate with vendors to acquire missing paperwork
• Input receipts on computer
• Order shop supplies and maintain consumable crib
• Back up Receiving department supervisor duties for vacation/illness

Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

• Computer proficiency in a variety of computer programs, keyboarding skills.
• Experience with rough terrain forklifts
