Job Title: Warehouse Loader

Overview

The Warehouse Loader is responsible for assisting in all warehouse activities, including but not limited to loading, repackaging, inventory management, and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Execution:
2. Assist with loading trucks with products in compliance with Distribution Company standards.
3. Confirm trucks are loaded accurately, as per the Account Manager's request.
4. Ensure product is rotated on trucks and in the warehouse according to expiration dates.
5. Properly clean and repackage products as per standards.
6. Appropriately dispose of damaged and/or Out Of Code (OOC) products after approval by the Operations Manager.
7. Maintain warehouse cleanliness by disposing of trash nightly, sweeping floors daily, and periodically using a floor scrubber.

Physical Requirements

1. Regularly use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.
2. Frequently required to walk and sit.
3. Occasionally required to stand, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
4. Must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
5. Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
6. Exposed to moving mechanical parts and outside weather conditions.
7. Noise level is usually moderate.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Current driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Mathematical skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
