Warehouse Loader Job Description

The Warehouse Loader is responsible for assisting in all warehouse activities, including but not limited to loading, repackaging, inventory management, and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Execution
2. Assist with loading trucks with products in a manner that complies with Distribution Company standards.
3. Confirm trucks are loaded accurately, as per the Account Manager's request.
4. Ensure product rotation on trucks and in the warehouse according to expiration dates.
5. Properly clean and repackage products as per standards.
6. Appropriately dispose of damaged and/or Out Of Code (OOC) products once approved by the Operations Manager.
7. Maintain warehouse cleanliness by disposing of trash nightly, sweeping floors daily, and using a floor scrubber periodically.

Physical Requirements

• Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.
• Frequently required to walk and sit.
• Occasionally required to stand, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
• Exposed to moving mechanical parts and outside weather conditions.
• Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• Current driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Mathematical skills, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
