Job Description: Loader

The Loader is responsible for ensuring all outgoing orders are accurately accounted for, audited, and loaded into trailers in a safe, secure, and efficient manner.

1. Read work orders to confirm customer information, order numbers, pallet count, and wrapping outgoing orders.
2. Load assigned frozen tubs and transportation equipment (e.g., power jack, hand truck).
3. Load trailers/routes ensuring proper weight distribution.
4. Confirm trailer assignment, complete the necessary paperwork, position, dock plate, and ensure trailer cleanliness.
5. Load trailer/routes ensuring proper weight distribution.
6. Load frozen tubs for each route and transportation equipment as needed.

Requirements

• Ability to read, write, and understand English, including recognizing numbers.
• Reliable transportation, flexible schedule, solid attendance, and a positive, professional attitude.
• High attention to detail, skill, and dexterity in operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks.
• Ability to meet specific goals for efficiency and accuracy.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience operating warehouse equipment preferred.

Schedule

Monday-Friday, 2 PM until the work is completed.

Compensation

Step Progression Pay System:

• Starting Pay: $20 per hour.
• Guaranteed Pay Increases after 6 months and 1 year of employment.
• Additional earning opportunities scheduled regularly based on service length.
