Job summary

Pike Nurseries in Acworth, GA is looking for a team member to support loading area operations, assist customers, and keep merchandise organized in the loading area, greenhouse and front end. You will load, unload, verify items on POS receipts, and, when needed, operate a forklift or use a cart to move materials.

You’ll also help maintain cleanliness and attend store meetings. This full-time role requires strong people skills and the ability to multitask; forklift certification may be provided at

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and move materials within or near the loading area, greenhouse and garden shop.
• Provide courteous and accurate loading assistance for customers on a timely basis.
• Verify and load the materials listed on the Point of Sale receipt.
• Operate a forklift or utilize a cart, dolly or hand truck to load materials as needed.
• Ensure housekeeping standards are met daily.
• Attend store meetings as directed by management.
• Accepts other responsibilities as assigned.
