Job summary

Bachoco Group's Bachoco USA in Muldrow, OK is seeking a Load Coordinator to manage outbound loads from Distribution facilities and support sales, transportation and distribution teams.

You will update load sheets, handle inquiries, coordinate truck loading, maintain office supplies, and perform yard checks. The role has no supervisory responsibilities and requires a high school diploma or GED with 1–3 months related experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and write simple correspondence.
• Basic math skills including rate, ratio and percent.

Responsibilities

• Updates load sheet with information from sales, transportation, distribution and carriers.
• Handles phone inquiries pertaining to distribution operations.
• Coordinates pulling and loading of trucks based on load priorities.
• Maintains office supplies for all Distribution employees.
• Performs yard checks focused on outbound trailers (fuel, temperatures, seals).
