Job summary

Bachoco USA is seeking a Load Coordinator for the Muldrow, OK location to coordinate loading of outbound loads from Distribution facilities. You will work with sales, transportation, and Distribution teams to ensure timely and accurate loading of trucks.

The role requires basic math, reading and writing skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This position is on site in Muldrow, OK and involves routine office duties and coordination with warehouse staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence; effectively present information to customers and employees.

Responsibilities

• Updates load sheet with information from sales, transportation, Distribution management, carriers and Distribution Warehouse operators.
• Handles phone inquiries pertaining to Distribution operations.
• Coordinates pulling and loading of trucks according to load priorities.
• Maintains office supplies for Distribution employees.
• Performs yard checks focusing on outbound trailers (fuel, temperatures, seals).
