Job summary

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Load & Unload Associate for a busy Princeton warehouse. This full-time role involves physically loading and unloading trailers, operating pallet jacks, and maintaining a clean, safe work area.

Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand and move for long periods, and work well both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Schedule offers multiple shifts with competitive weekly pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, loading/unloading, or general labor experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently throughout the shift.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, push, pull, and lift for extended periods.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trailers, containers, and delivery trucks safely and efficiently.
• Move products and materials throughout the warehouse manually or with pallet jacks.
• Sort, stage, and organize freight for shipping and receiving.
• Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and report discrepancies.
• Stack, wrap, and secure pallets for storage or transportation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse policies.
• Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned.
