Express Employment Professionals is hiring General Labor Associates for a busy Princeton, NJ warehouse. Full-time, multiple shifts, and a safety-focused team. Prior warehouse experience helps, but motivated newcomers are welcome to apply.

The role involves sorting, packing, labeling, palletizing, and assisting with shipping/receiving while maintaining a clean, organized workspace and meeting daily production goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and lift throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Dependable attendance and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials manually or with pallet jacks, as needed.
• Assemble, inspect, and package products according to company standards.
• Maintain inventory by organizing materials and stocking designated areas.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.

• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.
