Job summary

Initial Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a research scientist to design and implement laboratory experiments for lipid nanoparticle formulations in Boston, MA. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Chemistry or Pharmaceutical Science and experience in nucleic acid formulation.

This full-time position offers a salary ranging from $101,026.00 to $122,845.00 per year along with a comprehensive benefits program, including eligibility for a company bonus and 401(k) participation.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant scientific field required.
• At least 1 year of experience with nucleic acid formulation and characterization.
• Experience with analytical techniques for characterizing nanoparticles needed.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement laboratory experiments for lipid nanoparticle formulations.
• Perform daily characterization of LNPs and assess stability.
• Optimize formulation methods for nucleic acid delivery.
