Job summary

ClinLab Solutions Group seeks a Scientist I/II with expertise in Lipid Nanoparticle (LNP) formulations to lead design, execution, and analysis of experiments for next-generation LNP systems.

The role focuses on developing, optimizing, and characterizing LNPs for nucleic acid delivery in a dynamic research setting, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to advance R&D programs and support scale-up and technology transfer as required.

Qualifications

  • PhD or MS in a related discipline.
  • Hands-on experience with LNP formulation development.
  • Expertise in DOE methodologies and statistical experimental design.
  • Proficiency in LNP screening and analytical techniques such as DLS, encapsulation assays, stability studies, and physicochemical characterization.
  • Strong understanding of lipid-based delivery systems and formulation science.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and capability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Effective communication skills for presenting data and influencing technical decisions.
