Job Summary:

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality care and services
  • Lead and manage a team of nursing professionals, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
  • Collaborate with other departments, including admissions, social services, and recreation, to ensure a holistic approach to resident care
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports, including incident reports, medication records, and clinical charts
  • Develop and manage the facility's budget, ensuring efficient use of resources
  • Build and maintain relationships with residents, families, and healthcare partners to ensure excellent customer service
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve resident care and outcomes
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
Requirements:
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) in the state of Pennsylvania
  • 2 years of experience as an LNHA, with a passion for leading and managing healthcare teams
  • Strong understanding of state and federal regulations, including HIPAA and OSHA guidelines
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
