The ideal candidate will oversee facility operations, budgets, census growth, survey readiness, and contribute to a strong, resident-centered culture. Minimum 2 years of Administrator experience required.

Qualifications

• Active Nursing Home Administrator license required.
• Minimum 2 years as an Administrator in long-term care or skilled nursing.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, operations, and reimbursement.
• Proven leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills; committed to resident-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall operations of the long-term care facility.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
• Lead, support, and develop department heads and facility staff.
• Maintain high standards of resident care and satisfaction.
• Manage budgets, financial performance, and census growth.
• Foster strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and community partners.
