Qualifications

• LNHA license in good standing and knowledge of state guidelines
• 1–2 years’ experience as Nursing Home Administrator

• Knowledge of medication administration protocols and care plan development
• Familiarity with healthcare operations management principles
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Compassionate approach to caregiving
