Qualifications
- Must hold an active, unrestricted Nursing Home Administrator license in the state.
- Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration or related field preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of skilled nursing regulations and long-term care operations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee overall facility operations in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Lead strategic planning and execution of programs aligned with governing body guidelines.
- Drive QAPI initiatives to improve quality and performance.
- Manage census growth, occupancy, and fiscal performance.
- Prepare for survey readiness and partner with clinical leadership.
