Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking an expert Site Construction Manager to lead field execution for LNG projects, ensuring safety, technical accuracy, and the highest quality standards. You will oversee LNG safety, electrical BOP installation and commissioning, and coordinate hand-offs to operations with commissioning teams, while managing large multidisciplinary crews on brownfield or greenfield sites.

The role requires a four-weeks-on/one-week-off rotation with ~75% regional travel across Gulf States sites,

Qualifications

• 7+ years of construction management experience, with at least 3 years specifically within LNG liquefaction or storage terminal projects.
• Experience in the oil & gas/LNG sector.
• Demonstrated experience in installation and management of Electrical Balance of Plant (BOP) equipment, including power transformers, GIS, and interconnecting substation facilities.
• Proven track record of managing large, multidisciplinary crews on brownfield or greenfield LNG sites.
• Solid understanding of P&IDs, piping specifications, electrical one-line diagrams, and complex instrumentation typical of LNG facilities.

Responsibilities

• LNG-Specific Safety Oversight: Lead safety practices during construction focusing on SQDC.
• Electrical Infrastructure Oversight: Manage installation and commissioning of BOP equipment.
• Technical Compliance: Ensure equipment and work meet project specs and international codes for LNG facilities.
• Stakeholder Integration: Interface with commissioning/startup teams for hand-off to operations.
