Job summary

Venture Global LNG is seeking an Engineer, Product Service - LNG Process in Houston. The role leads OFE product service, resolves technical issues, and drives strategic initiatives to optimize performance of Venture Global Equipment.

Collaboration with Operations, Engineering, and suppliers is essential to ensure timely solutions. The incumbent will manage KPIs, oversee RCAs, and implement preventative/corrective actions to sustain long-term reliability and efficiency across LNG process

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in project management or equipment delivery.
• Strong understanding of the LNG industry and related equipment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project).

Responsibilities

• Define and manage KPIs to measure OFE management effectiveness.
• Develop and implement processes for managing technical solutions through OEM equipment lifecycle.
• Coordinate with Operations and Engineering to resolve technical issues with suppliers.
• Oversee Root Cause Analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with equipment operation and maintenance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure OFE delivery and management.
• Track OFE performance using data analytics and report to senior leadership.
