Job summary
TekWissen Group is seeking an experienced Analyzer / Measurement Technician to install, calibrate, maintain, and repair process analyzers, gas chromatographs, CEMS, and custody transfer equipment at a LNG facility. This role ensures accuracy, regulatory compliance, and reliable operation in a demanding natural gas environment.
You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, support DCS/PLC integration, and collaborate with operations and maintenance teams on-site for a 12-month temporary
Qualifications
- Hands-on ABB process analyzers and gas chromatographs experience.
- 3–7 years of instrumentation, analyzer, or metering experience.
- Associate degree or technical diploma in Instrumentation or related field.
- Experience in natural gas processing, petrochemical, or refinery environments.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting, and functional testing of online process analyzers.
- Maintain and troubleshoot ABB analyzer systems, gas chromatographs, and related instrumentation.
- Configure analyzer parameters, validate measurement accuracy, and verify outputs.
- Maintain custody transfer metering systems and associated instrumentation.
- Support integration of analyzers with DCS/PLC systems and plant monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
