Join our innovative team as a Lead Measurement & Analyzers Engineer and play a pivotal role in optimizing the performance and reliability of measurement systems at a cutting-edge LNG facility in Sabine Pass, TX. This high-impact leadership position offers the chance to shape the future of process analyzers, custody transfer measurement, and analyzer reliability programs, ensuring operational excellence and data integrity across critical systems.

As the technical authority on online analyzers and measurement systems, you will spearhead efforts to improve analyzer availability, accuracy, and maintainability. Your expertise will drive strategic initiatives to resolve chronic issues, reduce operational risks, and enhance long‑term system reliability, contributing directly to the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of our operations.

Required Skills

• Strong background in process analyzers, sampling systems, custody transfer measurement, and analyzer reliability
• Proven troubleshooting skills with gas chromatographs, moisture and sulfur analyzers, CEMS, and other online analytical systems
• Experience leading root cause analysis and implementing sustainable solutions for complex measurement challenges
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance, industry standards, and lifecycle management of measurement equipment
• Excellent collaboration skills with cross-disciplinary teams including Operations, Maintenance, Process Engineering, and OEMs

Nice To Have Skills

• Experience supporting LNG, upstream oil & gas, or petrochemical facilities
• Familiarity with Process Hazard Analysis (PHA), Management of Change (MOC), and startup/shutdown procedures
• Certifications related to instrumentation or process safety

Preferred Education And Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 10+ years of industry experience in energy facilities, with a focus on measurement systems and analyzer reliability

Other Requirements

• Onsite operations experience required
• Willingness to work M-F, 40+ hours per week
• Local candidates or candidates willing to relocate with a monthly living allowance of approximately $2,000
