Job summary

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years clinical/medical office or Nursing Assistant experience preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• LNA license (NH) required by NH Board of Nursing.
• Strong communication skills and ability to lift 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and record vital signs and weights per policy.
• Provide hands-on patient care.
• Grooming and personal care of patient.
• Feeds or assists patients with meals and provides hydration per care plan.
• Collects and bags soiled linen and delivers to dirty linen area.
• Assists physician and/or licensed nurse with treatments and procedures as needed.
• Toileting and incontinence care for patient.
• Reports changes in patient condition or concerns to charge nurse or supervisor.
