Job summary

Qualifications

• LNA license in NH required.
• BLS Certification required or eligible.
• Experience in Critical Care or Acute Care beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, eating and toileting.
• Record vital signs including temperature, BP, pulse and respiration.
• Complete documentation in medical records accurately and timely.
• Interact professionally with patients and families.
• Assist with transfers, mobility and basic hygiene tasks.
• Follow directions from licensed personnel and report concerns promptly.
