Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care under RN guidance.
• Perform technical skills related to physical, mental health and social needs under RN guidance.
• Document care provided and report RN observations.
• Maintain safe patient handling practices.
• Demonstrate time management skills.
• Keep patient-care areas clean, safe and stocked.
• Accept delegated tasks following the five rights of delegation.
• Complete required clinical hours per LRCC policy.
