Executive Home Care of Southeast NH is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide one-on-one in-home care, helping clients stay independent in their own homes. The role focuses on building genuine relationships, delivering personal care, and maintaining a sustainable, patient-centered pace.

You’ll be matched with private clients to ensure personalized attention and flexible scheduling, with an emphasis on respect and dignity for every client and family involved.

Qualifications

• Current New Hampshire LNA or PCA certification preferred.
• Previous experience in home care or clinical caregiving environments.
• Dementia care certification is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication skills with a compassionate, patient, and respectful approach to care.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a home care setting.
• Successful completion of a background check and state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal and hands-on care (bathing, dressing, grooming, oral care, hygiene).
• Assist with mobility, transfer, and home safety to prevent falls.
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with light housekeeping.
• Offer companionship, engage in conversations, and support client well-being.
• Monitor daily routines and report changes to care coordination team.
• Run local errands and provide safe transportation to appointments.
