Job summary

Executive Home Care of Southeast NH is looking for compassionate caregivers to provide one-on-one in-home care to local seniors, helping with daily activities, mobility, meal prep, and companionship. You’ll work with dedicated clients in their homes, at a sustainable pace, with a focus on dignity and independence.

Qualifications

• Current NH LNA or PCA certification preferred.
• Previous experience in home care or clinical caregiving required.
• Dementia Care Certification is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication and compassionate approach.
• Ability to work independently and manage time in a home care setting.
• Successful background check and state compliance.

Responsibilities

• Personal and hands-on care such as bathing, dressing, grooming and personal hygiene.
• Mobility and safety support to prevent falls.
• Daily living support including meals, light housekeeping, and errands.
• Companionship and meaningful engagement with clients.
• Health observation and clear reporting to care coordination.
• Errands and transportation to appointments and community activities.
