Executive Home Care of Southeast New Hampshire is seeking a compassionate, dependable Full-Time LNA/PCA Caregiver to join our Nashua team. You will provide personal care, assist with mobility, meals, and companionship in clients’ homes, while ensuring safety and comfort.

Qualifications

• Current NH LNA or PCA certification preferred.
• Caregiving experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Dementia Training Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and errands.
• Monitor and report changes in client condition.
• Help create a safe, comfortable, and positive home environment.
