Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation for safety and independence.
• Monitor and document client health status and report changes.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding per dietary guidelines.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and errands at the home.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and families.
