Responsibilities

• Performs activities of daily living and personal care under supervision of RN.
• Performs technical skills related to physical, mental health and social needs under RN guidance.
• Documents care provided and reports observations to RN.
• Adheres to safe patient handling policies and maintains cleanliness and supplies.
• Demonstrates time management in daily tasks.
• Receives delegated work adhering to the five rights of delegation.
• Serves as a preceptor for new employees.
