20 Elliot Hospital of the City of Manchester in Portsmouth, NH is seeking a Licensed Nursing Assistant II to support providers in patient care, rooming, vital signs, and documentation. The schedule is 32 hours across four 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities include assisting with examinations, procedures, maintaining supplies, and acting as a preceptor for new staff. NH LNA license and BLS are required or obtained within 90 days.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Current Nursing Assistant License in the State of New Hampshire required.
• BLS authorization preferred or obtained within 90 days of hire.

Mansioni

• Assist providers in administration of patient care in assigned areas.
• Perform rooming activities and document vital signs and measurements.
• Support patient examinations, procedures, and diagnostic studies.
• Maintain stock of clinical supplies and medication samples.
• Precept new staff during clinical orientation.
• Identify emergent situations and communicate for intervention.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
