Job summary

Elliot Health System in Manchester, NH is seeking a Licensed Nursing Assistant II to support providers in patient care across clinical areas. The role includes patient examinations, rooming, vital signs, bladder scans, documentation, and general administrative duties in compliance with regulatory standards.

The CNA II will assist with procedures, manage supplies, and serve as a preceptor for new staff. BLS certification is preferred or obtained within 90 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Current Nursing Assistant License in New Hampshire required.
• BLS certification preferred or obtained within 90 days of hire.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist providers with patient examinations and procedures.
• Prepare visit charts with daily appointments and reports.
• Room patients according to criteria and document vitals.
• Document vitals, height, weight, bladder scan and related measurements.
• Assist with clinical procedures and patient care tasks.
• Manage clinical supplies and maintain par levels and labeling.
• Act as a preceptor for clinical orientation of new staff.
• Identify emergent situations and communicate for interventions.
