We offer full-time, part-time, and per diem LNA positions across our three nursing units within the Skilled Nursing Facility. Please note that we are not currently accepting per diem applicants for the Post-acute unit.
For full and part-time positions, we provide a sign-on bonus of up to $7,500, prorated based on experience and employment status.
The Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) plays a vital role in delivering direct and indirect patient care, supporting healthcare professionals, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for patients. Under supervision of RNs or LPNs, LNAs assist with activities of daily living, vital signs, patient mobility, and hygiene, contributing significantly to high-quality care and positive patient experiences.

Our Long-Term Care Unit provides nursing and assistance tailored to residents' abilities, continuing our 30-year tradition of high-quality care. The Memory Care Unit addresses the needs of individuals with dementia through activity-based, supportive, and safe environments, focusing on dignity and purpose.
The Post-Acute Unit supports recovery after surgery or hospitalization, aiming to restore independence through specialized programs for conditions like strokes, neurological, orthopedic, respiratory, cardiac, and trauma-related issues. Therapy services are available Monday through Saturday, with nursing staff assisting in therapy-related activities when needed.
