We have per diem LNA opportunities on all three of our nursing units within our Skilled Nursing Facility.

We offer the following differentials in addition to the hourly rate of pay:

• Per Diem $2.00
• Evening $3.00 per hour
• Night $5.00 per hour
• Weekend $2.00 per hour (in addition to applicable shift differentials)

The goal of the Post Acute Unit at Porter Medical Center - Helen Porter Rehabilitation & Nursing is to provide supportive, goal-directed care following surgery and/or hospitalization.
